Cookie Policy

Version 1.0 · Last updated: September 5, 2026

This page lists, tool by tool, every cookie and similar technology used by WiseData Finances — what they are for, how long they last and how you accept or refuse each category.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a site writes to your browser to recognise the device on later visits. Alongside them we use equivalent technologies, such as browser local storage and measurement pixels.

The inventory below is grouped by tool, not by file. That is how consent actually works: you accept or refuse Google Analytics as a whole, not each cookie it writes.

2. How you control cookies

On your first visit, WiseData Consent shows the banner with the categories. Until you decide, consent starts out denied for analytics, marketing, functionality and personalisation — none of those tools writes anything before you accept.

You can change your choice whenever you like through the Cookie preferences link in the footer of any page. Revoking is as simple as accepting.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings and use Google's and Meta's ad controls. Blocking the essential ones, however, prevents login and stops the platform from working.

3. Essential cookies

Without them the platform does not work. They do not depend on consent because they are necessary to perform the contract, under article 7, V of the LGPD.

4. Campaign attribution cookies

These are our own cookies, written only when you reach the site through a campaign link or from another site. They tell us where a sign-up came from — they build no profile, are not read by third parties and never leave our domains.

5. Functional cookies

6. Analytics cookies

They measure how the site and the platform are used, in aggregate, so we know what to improve. They are only written after you accept.

8. Where these tools are loaded

The tools above are loaded on the website and also inside the authenticated platform. No area of the product is without measurement, and the choice made in the banner applies in both places — accepting in one applies to the other, and so does revoking.

Inside the platform they measure navigation: screens opened, usage flow and subscription funnel. They do not receive the content of your entries, nor amounts, nor attachments, nor the details of your invoice recipients.

9. Changes and contact

This inventory is reviewed whenever a tool comes in or goes out. The version and the update date sit at the top of this page.

Questions about cookies, requests to revoke consent or any other right go through the same public channel, which issues a tracking number:
